Terms of Use

1. License

PDF Star grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's standard End User License Agreement.

2. Your documents stay yours

You retain all rights to the documents you create, import, and edit in PDF Star. Because every operation — merging, splitting, watermarking, compressing, encrypting, signing, and scanning — runs entirely on your device, we never receive, store, or claim any rights over your content. You are responsible for having the rights to any documents you process in the app, and for keeping your own backups.

3. PDF Star Pro purchase

PDF Star Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase processed through Apple's StoreKit. It is not a subscription and does not renew or expire. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their standard refund policies, except as otherwise required by law.

4. No warranty

PDF Star is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, including document loss or corruption, arising from your use of the app.

5. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
