Terms of Use

1. License

MediaSweep grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's standard End User License Agreement.

2. Deletions are yours to confirm

MediaSweep never deletes anything without your explicit confirmation plus iOS's own system confirmation dialog. Deleted items remain in Recently Deleted for 30 days. You are responsible for reviewing items before deleting them.

3. Premium purchase

Premium is a one-time, non-refundable purchase (except as required by law or Apple's refund policies) that unlocks additional features on the Apple ID used to purchase it. It is not a subscription and does not renew or expire.

4. No warranty

MediaSweep is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss arising from your use of the app's deletion features.

5. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
