Terms of Use

1. License

Collage Assist grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's standard End User License Agreement.

2. Your content stays yours

You retain all rights to the photos you use and the collages you create. Because everything is rendered on your device, we never receive, store, or claim any rights over your content. You are responsible for having the rights to the photos you include in your collages.

3. Premium purchase

Premium is a one-time, non-refundable purchase (except as required by law or Apple's refund policies) that unlocks additional features on the Apple ID used to purchase it. It is not a subscription and does not renew or expire.

4. No warranty

Collage Assist is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app.

5. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
